I have a Dell Inspiron Duo laptop that originally came with Windows 7. I upgraded it to Windows 8.1 and finally Windows 10, which I've had running for about, I do not know, a year? All of a sudden quit. A very tech-minded fried of mine. I gave it to him to see if he could find a new driver for the adapter. Its only solution was to roll back Windows 10 to either Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. I tried to go to Settings, Update & Security, Recovery, Reset this PC, Get Started, but I do not see an option to roll back to a previous version of Windows. This is a PC that is used for downloading. Right now it's a brick. By the way it only has two USB ports and no DVD drive. Any ideas?
I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
